What payment methods does EDISLA accept?

We use RazorPay, which supports most credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallets. We also accept direct bank transfers — email shop@edisla.in to arrange this. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Where does EDISLA ship?

We ship across India and internationally. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Duties and customs charges are not covered by EDISLA — these are the buyer's responsibility.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Pre-order items: Standard pre-orders deliver within 4 weeks. Some specific products carry a 6-week lead time, stated on that product's page. Pre-order terms override standard shipping timelines.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

If a product shows an Add to Cart button, it is in stock at our warehouse and ships within 2 business days. Pre-order products show a Pre-order badge and the button reads Pre-order instead of Add to Cart.

How do EDISLA pre-orders work?

Pre-order products are sourced specifically for your order. You pay upfront and we commit to a delivery window: standard pre-orders within 4 weeks, extended lead time products within 6 weeks (noted on the product page). If we miss the window, a full refund is guaranteed.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

No. Casual returns (change of mind, buyer's remorse) are not accepted. Returns are only processed for genuine manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

What warranty do EDISLA Astra and Apex products carry?

Optical tube and optical components carry a 12-month limited warranty from date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only. Other components (base, mount, tube rings, clamps, knobs) carry a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage from mishandling, improper storage, heat, moisture, or normal wear is not covered.
