Shipping Policy
EDISLA offers two shipping methods across India, with both options guaranteeing safe delivery of your product.
Free shipping via Delhivery;
Premium shipping through DTDC/Bluedart, calculated during checkout.
All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days, with delivery times depending on the shipping method you choose.
Please note that our Free Shipping is a complimentary service focused on safe delivery. While most orders arrive on time based on the promised delivery date from our shipping partner, occasional delays of several days may occur due to factors beyond our control.
We work with our shipping partners to expedite delivery. However, returns or refunds are not available for delays. We will only consider further action if the item is confirmed undeliverable by the delivery partner, or if it has been 30 days from the date of order without delivery.
For Premium Shipping, we prioritize timely delivery. If you need your order urgently, we recommend choosing this option.
While delays beyond the promised date for Premium Shipping are extremely rare, if they do occur, reimbursement will be provided according to our policy and the length of the delay, at our discretion. Please note that returns or refunds are not available due to delays until 30 days after the order date.
Refusal of delivery due to delays will be seen as a post-dispatch cancellation, with deductions before any refund. Read more about returns and refunds here.
Order Cancellations
You can request a cancellation before your order is shipped. Upon cancellation, we will promptly process your refund to your credit card, debit card, or bank account, deducting any transaction fees incurred.

Returns Policy
We ensure every shipment is properly packaged and inspected twice before dispatch, significantly reducing the likelihood of damage. However, if you do receive a damaged product, we offer a robust replacement guarantee for all online orders.
To qualify for a replacement, submit your request within two days of delivery, accompanied by proof of the defect—a photo of the product in its original packaging. Should the product be out of stock, we will issue a credit note, redeemable within three months for any item of equivalent value in our online store. Read more about returns and refunds here.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
