Refund and Return Policy

Returns:

Given the delicate nature of our products, items without damage or defects are strictly ineligible for return. We unequivocally do not entertain casual return requests. (for more, refer casual return section below)

Replacements:

A replacement of part or whole product or a refund is offered for products with genuine manufacturing defects, supported by photos and videos of the package. In cases of shipping damage, contact shop@edisla.in, and our customer support team will arrange a replacement.

Cancellations:

For normal orders, Cancellation requests made before dispatch are eligible for a 80% refund, with payment gateway charges adjusted.

In the event of post-dispatch cancellations, if the product remains unopened, it may be returned to the origin with a 25% deduction to cover our expenses.

Once a product has been delivered, opened, and used, casual returns are not allowed without our explicit approval. (Please refer to the casual return section below for more details.)

Preorders require full payment and cannot be cancelled. Preorders are sourced individually upon confirmed customer requests. Each preorder triggers a direct procurement process with our manufacturing partners, making cancellation or modification impossible once payment is confirmed. We request customers to place only committed orders to ensure a smooth and reliable fulfillment process. 

In all cases, casual cancellation needs approval from management and will strictly incur a 25% deduction from the total amount paid.

Delays:

Products in transit are not eligible for a return or refund, even if delayed. We will only consider further action if the item is confirmed undeliverable by the delivery partner or if it has been 30 days since the order date without delivery. We are committed to expediting delivery from our end. If the consignee refuses the product upon delivery within 30 days from the order date, it will be treated as a post-dispatch cancellation, and applicable deductions will be made in accordance with our policy.

General Conditions for Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations:

  • Products must be in proper condition upon receipt.
  • Complaints about products, shipping, or packaging must be emailed to shop@edisla.in within 24 hours, accompanied by photos and videos.
  • Unboxing videos must include the order number and total weight for swift issue resolution.

Damaged Package or Product:

If your package or product is damaged upon delivery:

  1. Email shop@edisla.in within 24 hours.
  2. Make a video and take clear pictures of the unboxing process.
  3. Our team will promptly respond and resolve the issue.

Missing/Wrong Product:

If you receive an order with missing or incorrect items:

  1. Email shop@edisla.in within 24 hours, attaching a video and pictures of the unboxing.
  2. Ensure the order number and total weight are visible in the top right corner.
  3. Our team will address and resolve the issue promptly.

Product Quality Issue: For any quality problems:

  • Contact us within 24 hours.
  • We facilitate contact with the manufacturer’s warranty service, but all determinations are made at their discretion. For details on EDISLA-branded products, please refer to our warranty policies here

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Contact shop@edisla.in if the order hasn't shipped.
  • If already dispatched, refuse delivery; a refund will be initiated after deducting a 25% to cover our expenses.

Casual return:

Should you wish to initiate a product return without a valid reason, it is mandatory to formally notify us via email at shop@edisla.in; We expressly reserve the full right and authority to make determinations and decisions in all matters. 

Casual requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our sole discretion. It is important to note that even if your case is approved, the buyer will be eligible for a refund only after we receive the product. 

The refund shall be subject to adjustment for both-way shipping charges, and necessitates the return of the product in its original dispatched condition. In addition, a 25% restocking fee is applicable.

In instances where the product's condition is deemed suboptimal, we explicitly reserve the right to make corresponding adjustments. 

Refunds:

In all cases, the refund process is expected to be completed within 10-30 days from the date we receive the returned item.
